This is one of my favourite songs. I like it because its music is fantastic and makes you want to dance. I like the lyrics too. They talk about the final countdown before a great adventure or a big victory and this is why the song has always been a symbol of victory and team effort. Enjoy it!

thank you so much for your kind comments. For those asking, the song was first released in 1986. The band is called Europe and they are from Sweden. It's wonderful how an old song like this appeals to young people your age. But then again, a good song will always be a good song no matter its age. What do you think?
